September 6, 2016 : UV-Vis I Objective Run UV-Vis on gold nanoparticle solutions prepped 09.31.16 Description UV-Vis Solutions prepped on 08.31.16 were collected for use on UV-Vis Each solution, individually, was added to the cuvette The cuvette was added to the UV-Vis machine and run from 800nm to 200nm Once the run was complete the cuvette was cleaned with 2 soap, 2 water, 2 HCl and 2 water flushes. Followed by a thorough drying.
