Objectives Make AA-gold solutions (Anh and Mike) Use ICP to find exact concentration of Au solution (Dom and Mackenzie) Procedure measure 0.0009g - 0.0011g of 18 amino acids (all 20 inside the human body except Asparagine and Glycine since we could not find them) in clean test tubes add 3.6 mL DI water (p-5000) add 0.4 mL Au solution shake and cover with Al foil place in oven at 80 degree celcius for 4 hours Data ICP data is in Dominique's notebook
