Objective Ran ICP on Gold Solution Prepared Neutral AuNP Solutions with 20 AA (not Glycine or Asparagine) Description ICP of Gold Solution Average of concentrations was (73.15+73.76+73.39+69.24+69.98+69.52)/6 = 71.5ppm Concentration of Actual Solution (71.5ppm converted to mM * 5 because of dilution) = 1.18mM Error Analysis: (1.18mM - 2.5mM)/(2.5mM) = 52.8% Made Neutral AuNP with all amino acids except Glycine and Asparagine 1mg AA + 0.4 mL 1.18mM AuCl3 + 3.6 mL H20 Place in oven at 80°C for 4 hrs.
