Shreffler 15:13, 18 January 2011 (EST): Agenda Items EoE questionnaire study going back to IRB today Basophil Sarita sees strong confirmation of CD40L in DM sensitive donor using monensin/mAb in culture approach of Roederer; BR finds cysLT in sups from CW's experiments -- he will compare that data against the CD63 response Allergen Adjuvant confirmed with Bill Lane that he should try to derive two 'de novo' seqs from existing mass spec data; will hold off on hplc/ edmann for now PM Baso Alex should set up to run cysLT assays on PM baso sups JAX need to review PCR and basophil data with EM and Bev at our meeting next week Carboplatin no changes U19 set up meeting with Jim Moon and Bert
