Found growth on plates A and B, which corresponds to the 1:9 ratio, backbone to insert. This means that the 1:9 ratio provided the best plasmid formation, which resulted in E. Coli transformation and growth. Prepared ampicillin stock. Innoculated two colonies from plate A and one colony from plate B because plate A colonies appeared to grow better (smaller and rounder) that those on plate B.
