August 28th, 2011 Came into lab to find clear tubes of LB broth in the incubator. We realized we incubated at 25C instead of 37C...something to do with the safety thermostat set too low. Set the temperature correctly and reincubated for a day with three fresh samples of transformed E. Coli.
