June 13th, 2011 Checked the yeast plate for colonization and selected two healthy round colonies for extraction into liquid YPD culture. Used super-sterilized kabob sticks to extract the colonies and swish them around in the aerated, capped liquid culture tubes. Took these down to Kozminski’s lab and put them on the an aeration wheel. Continued researching reagents. Performed more research regarding circuit design.
