UV-VIS

Purpose

To observe the change in absorbance at pH 4-12 for fructose at concentrations 0.25mM, 0.75mM and 1.25mM

Procedure

The solutions were made 9/27/2016

The solutions had been in 80C oven for four hours and then sat at room temperature. UV-Vis spectra were taken of each sample from 200-800nm.
