Formulars
Basic formulars for lab use.
Conversions
Converting mg/ml to mM
Divide the concentration in mg/ml by the molecular weight of the sample and multiply by 1,000.
Formular: Mass (g) = Concentration (mol/L) x Volume (L) x Molecular Weight (g/mol)

Example:
SIINFEKL peptide = 10mg/mL.
Molecular weight = 963.1
Calculation = 1000 × (10/963.1) = 10.38 mM
