Yu:TESSX

Solution recipe for 100mL TESSX.

1. Measure 70mL H2O into a 100mL beaker.
2. Add 1mL of 1M TRIS (pH 8.0)	10mM TRIS pH 8.0
2. Add 200μL of 0.5M EDTA (pH 8.0)	1mM EDTA pH 8.0
3. Add 2mL of 5M NaCl	100mM NaCl
4. Add 10mL of 10% SDS	1% (w/v) SDS
5. Add 10mL of 20% Triton X-100	2% (v/v) Triton X-100
6. Bring volume to 100mL in a graduated cylinder
