Yu:TAE

Solution recipe for 1L 50x TAE. Dilute to 1x for use..

1. Measure 600mL H2O into a 2L plastic beaker.	600mL H2O
2. Weigh 242g Tris base and add to mixture	242g Tris base
3. Measure 57.1mL acetic acid (glacial) and add to mixture	57.1mL acetic acid (glacial)
4. Measure 100mL .5M EDTA and add to mixture	100mL .5M EDTA
5. Stir until completely dissolved
6. Bring volume to 1L in a graduated cylinder	Volume to 1L
7. Dilute from 50x to 1x (1:50) for use.
