Yu:SDS PAGE Sample Buffer

Solution recipe for 6mL 3x SDS-PAGE gel loading buffer

1. Measure 2mL glycerol into a 15mL tube	2mL glycerol
2. Add 4mL 10% SDS	4mL 10% SDS
3. Add .3g dithiothreitol (DTT)	.3g DTT
4. Add a small amount of bromophenol blue	Pinch of bromophenol blue
5. Aliquot 1mL into eppendorf tubes and store in a -20°C freezer	Aliquot and store
