Yu:RNAse

Solution recipe for RNAse(10mg/ml).

Per 50ml:

1. 50ml MiliQ water

2. 0.5g RNAseA

3. 0.5ml TRis HCl(1M stock, pH 7.5)(10mM final)

4.0.0438g NaCl(15mM final)

5. Mix, heat to boil for 10 mins, filter sterilize (0.2μL)

6.Make 1 ml aliquots,store at -200C
