Solution recipe for 1L NP-40 Buffer.
1. Measure 500 mL millipore H2O into a 1L beaker
2. Add 30 mL 0.5M Na2HPO4 (Sodium phosphate dibasic) 15 mM Na2HPO4
3. Add 20mL 0.5M NaH2PO4 (Sodium phosphate monobasic) 10 mM NaH2PO4
4. Add 100mL 10% NP-40 (Igepal CA-630 or Nonidet P-40) 1% NP-40
5. Add 30mL 5M NaCl 150 mM NaCl
6. Add 4mL 0.5M EDTA 2 mM EDTA
7. Add 2.0995 g NaF 50 mM NaF
8. Add 1mL 100 mM Na3VO4 0.1 mM Na3VO4
9. Bring volume to mL total with millipore H2O in a graduated cylinder Bring volume to 1L
