Yu:DNA loading Dye

Solution recipe for 6X DNA Loading Dye. For making 50ml (make it inside a 50 ml falcon tube).

1. 30ml 50% Glycerol
2. 50mg-Bromophenol Blue
3. 50mg-xylene Cyanol
4. 20ml water
5. Mix, aliquot into 1 ml aliquots and store in-200C
