Solution recipe for 1M DDT (dithiothreitol), power stored at -20oC.
1. Dissolve 3.09 g of DTT in 20ml of 0.01M Sodium Acetate (pH 5.2)
2. Sterilize by filtration
3. Sispense into 1-ml aliquots and store at -20oC
