Yu:Coomasie blue

Solution recipe for Coomassie Blue( for mass spec,too).

1. 45% Methanol

2. 10% Acetic Acid

3. Water

4. Brilliant Blue G-250( 0.05% final or 250mg per 500ml of the solution)

5. Stir to dissolve , filter with 0.2uM
