| 1. Boil in ddH2O for 2-4 hours. |
| 2. Soak overnight in 0.1N HCl. |
| 3. Load beads into a funnel and rinse repeatedly with ddH2O. |
| 4. Rinse with 95% EtOH and allow to dry. |
