Ingredients
For 1000 ml
- 10g Bacto yeast extract
- 16g Bacto Tryptone
- 5g NaCl
Adjust to pH 7.0 prior to use.

- combine:

| yeast | 10 g | 5 g | 1 g |
| NaCl | 5 g | 2.5 g | 0.5 g |
| ddH2O | 980 ml | 490 ml | 98 ml |
- adjust pH to 7.0 w/ NaOH
- bring to volume
- Sterilize by autoclaving
