WangLab:DIC Microscope Setting

DIC microscope setting:

  1. Push polarized filter to the right.
  2. Open the pin hole and field aperture.
  3. Adjust (turn) the prism (never pull out) under the objective, maintain the slider in for 40-60x obj, pull out for 20x.
  4. Rotate the Condenser to correct one. 5 for 20x, 4 for 40x, 6 for 60x.
