Clustering of Epherin

1. 1 ug of Epherin Fc, 5 ug of anti-Hu IgG, mix in 100 ul of PBS or HBSS.
2. Rock in room temperature for 1 hr.
3. So the stock concentration is 10 ug/ml, the working concentration should be 0.5ug/ml. therefore, the dilution should be 20x.
