OD versus cell count

I may have asked you this before, but how are you making sure that OD relates to the correct number of cells? To be accurate, you will have to make sure that if you are using a standard curve for all you samples, that it doesn't change across these samples. --Sri Kosuri 18:17, 26 July 2006 (EDT)
