Hey Deepti,
A couple suggestions - first, you might consider naming all of your lab pages "Richard:XXX", which lets you 'dewikify' the page. See Smolke vs the dewikified version for example.
Also, it's best to avoid generic page names like "Methodologies", since there can only be one page on OWW with a given name. Perhaps "Richard:Methodologies"?
Finally, if you're linking to a page within the Wiki, you can use double brackets ([[Richard Lab]]) and the name of the page. It's a little easier to code, and it shows up as an inline link, rather than an external link.
