I moved some of your pages

Hi Brian, I moved your pages to the "Physics307L" area (or "namespace"). The reasons were:

1. It's easier for me to find things if all the students keep their course stuff there.
2. Some of your links weren't quite right, for example, the Balmer series report ended up being a page called "Lab" in the top level of openwetware.
