Summary

  • Put secondary antibody on AKAP79 and GAPDH (SARA) (Mouse 1:2000)--> SAVE ANTIBODY
  • qPCR Patient material
    • NOTE: F6, F7 & F8 received separate mastermix etc. (7.5μL Mastermix, 0,75μL primer/probe, 6,45 μL RNAse free water) whereas the rest had 14.70 μL of the mastermix etc. (375μL Mastermix, 37,5μL primer/probe, 322,5 μL RNAse free water (50 reactions))
  • Quantify loading and reload?
