Summary

  • Put ELISA plates to S0
  • Split cells for ELISA, IF (310700 cells/mL)
    • 24-wells for ELISA, 20.000 cells per well (0.966 mL cells + 14.034 mL S+)
    • 35mm dishes for IF, 100.000 cells per well (5.150 mL cells + 10.850 mL S+)
    • 35mm dishes for IF, 75.000 cells per well (3.862 mL cells + 12.138 mL S+)
      • IF: CTR/CSE, CTR+DMSO/CSE+DMSO & CTR+Ht31/CSE+Ht31
  • Stop stimulation and Alamar Blue

Results

  • All cells treated with CSE are dead, CSE was too strong??
