Summary

  • Stopped CSE treatment and started immunofluorescence protocol
    • cells: D9 P25
    • Primary antibody both diluted 1:1000 in the same suspension
  • Secondary antibody diluted 1:300 and DAPI staining (50x) diluted 1:50
    • NOTE: They might have been too long in dH2O
  • Finished PKA Co-IP and added 50 μL of NuPage loading buffer + DTT (stored @ -20°C)
  • Split cells D9 P26 to P27
