  • DONE Spin cultures and freeze pellets (Jolanda (3·10 mL) & Nienke (10·5 mL))
    • Jolanda: In shaker warm room, 2nd rack on the right, 3 tubes with white cap in the front.
      • Labels: MBP1, MBP2, MBP3
    • Nienke: In shaker warm room, 10 tubes
      • Labels: AH, AL, KH, KM, KL
  • DONE Plates Jolanda out of incubator.
  • DONE Make new 1% Agarose
