Projects

PERL

Plotdope- A PERL script to plot the energy profiles of models obtained using the program MODELLER.The script extracts these values from the output of the model evaluation step, introduces gaps according to the alignment and plots the energy values using Gnuplot.

Web-interfaces

I have written XML files for the Pise, which can be used to setup web-interfaces for the command-line programs MolScript and Procheck.

Linux

I am the developer of VLinux, a live-cd with bioinformatics software pre-installed. It does not require installation and can run directly from the CD. Programs installed include EMBOSS, RasMol, ClustalX, Phylip etc.,

bioGraph

bioGraph - bioGraph is a set of PHP scripts which can be used in enzyme assays. Currently, this includes pH, Temperature, Michaelis-Menten and Lineweaver-Burke plots. Plots are produced using the Gnuplot program.
