Research Interests
My group is interested in gene expression. We design and construct microarrays and develop other high-throughput methods for measuring and understanding gene expression data. Recent projects include an open source design for an exon based mouse array (MEEBO), a 70-mer based array design for S. pombe, a genome tiling array set for S. cerevisiae, a project using gene synthesis to construct a library of yeast promoters with systematic mutations, and a gene-group based approach to analyzing high throughput data.
