UV Vis options Silver with fructose only (high, medium, low) : 0.0625 F , 0.5 , 1.25 . all pH . later: Silver with fructose and BSA at only high pH Gold with fructose pH 11 for gold w BSA and fructose formed precipitate . protein seems to prevent nano particle formation at pH 11.
