08-31-16 lab notebook

  1. Sample was made Myoglobin: 0.25mM Au, 12.5uM Myoglobin, 3mL total
    1. 225uL AgCl3
    2. 300uM 1M HCl
    3. 464uL Myoglobin
    4. 1871uL Water
  2. Ocean Optics scanned at 80C every 2 minutes for 3 hours
    1. There is a gap of time between 12:45-1:21 where no data was collected

Observations

  1. The net absorbance increased over the three hour period
  2. The color of the solution changed from a dark orange color to a light purple color
