Amino Acid Titration (Phenylalanine)

Approximately 10mL of the 250μM amino acid solution was transferred into a clean and dry 100mL beaker. 10mL of the 200μM HCl and 10mL of distilled water were then added as well. The initial pH value was recorded, before adding the titrant at 4mL - 7mL intervals while swirling the beaker. The pH value was recorded each time the titrant is added until a pH value of 10 is reached. This process was then repeated twice more, and the recorded data are as follows:
