Objective

By building a 4-point probe, the conductivity of the protein was measured.

Description

-Very small piece of teflon was cut.

- 4 wire pieces (approximately 1 inch in length ) were cut.

-Conductive epoxy was put on teflon and a wire was placed on to of the teflon. Each wires were placed on the teflon by epoxy.

-4 piece of platinum foil with areas of 17.55 mm^2, 24.82 mm^2, 25.92 mm^2 and 23.8 mm^2 were placed on top of each wire by using epoxy. Each platinum foil were really close to each other however they weren't in touch.

-The set up stayed over a night in order to let the epoxy dry.
