Spermatogenesis Virgin control and experimental flies Collect this week, set up Friday Dissect Tdt-Myb Dissected 13 testis. Fixed 30 min in 4% formaldehyde PBS solution. Washed 3x5' in PBST Blocked 1 hr with 2% NGS solution. Heather changed solution and incubated with 1:1000 rabbit anti-RFP at 4°C O/N.
