I am the Science Director for synthetic biology at the Office of Naval Research Global in London, UK, and I support great research projects. I want to learn about the great research ongoing in synthetic biology and find ways to support the community by providing funding opportunities, awareness about conferences, and help facilitate collaborations; I also want to be part of the discourse about the future of synthetic biology. I can contribute by providing public information about upcoming conferences, share ideas where I see synchrony, and provide connections where investigators are looking to collaborate with complementary researchers.
