Objective
- Take UV-Vis and Fluorescence spectra of the first and second dye reaction solutions to monitor how time affects our measurements in order to better understand the dye reaction.
Description
- The solutions weren't shaken or moved too much since last time and the precipitate is still aggregated at the bottom of the solution tubes, so they weren't centrifuged before taking the UV-Vis and Fluorescence spectra.
Data
Notes
- Both the UV-Vis and Fluorescence data remained consistent from previous studies.
- The only observed variation was the fluorescence intensity which had increased since the previous fluorescence studies for both dye reaction trials, and the dye in solution.
