Objective Ag:BSA NPs from 03/26/2014 UVvis of Ag:BSA NPs from 03/19/2014 UVvis of Ag:BSA NPs from 03/26/2014 Put scaffolds into cell culture Methods for cells Cells were cultured in petri dishes but transferred to T75 cell culture flasks (with red cap) at the end of protocol 5 flasks were labeled such that each flask will contain scaffolds from each type of treatment, 9 scaffolds in each flask Cells were placed in each flask and incubated Results All samples were a cloudy white solution, but had a yellow pellet in the base of the test tube which increased in size with decreasing concentration <br.> <br.> <br.> Measurements: UV-vis Ag:BSA NPs Samples from 03/19/2014, 1uL Au Added, after being vortexed Samples from 03/19/2014, 1mL Au Added, after being vortexed Samples from 03/25/2014 Samples from 03/25/2014, after being diluted Cell results Cells became contaminated; cultures were discarded
