Objectives Rerun the DSC samples run over the weekend. Run more microsphere samples on X-ray. Add 1μM (3μL to each sample) Rhodamine 6G to specific dye samples in preparation for diffusion testing during the next lab setting. The samples which had dye added were 90:10 PVA 130:110%NaMT, 90:10 PVA146:110%NaMT, PVA146, PVA130, and 90:10 PVA130:110%LP.\ Prepared DSC samples of hydrogels allowed to sit over the weekend with deionized H2O.
