Do you have any experience culturing cells (mammalian, yeast or microbial)? I have experience with mammalian tissue culture.

Do you have any experience in molecular biology (electrophoresis, PCR, etc)? I have a little, but not very extensive molecular biology experience.

Please briefly describe any previous laboratory experience

During high school I worked on materials and electrochemistry at Sandia National Labs.
Over the past year I have worked in Prof. Utkan Demirci's (HST) lab, focusing on tissue engineering.
Currently I am working on microbiology under supervision of Prof. Graham Walker.
