Objective Making a new batch of myoglobin lyophilized from KCl and phosphate Procedure Measured out 4.8mg of myoglobin and placed in a 50mL falcon tube Measured out 0.498g of KCl and placed in the 50mL falcon tube Added 20mL of 10mM phosphate buffer (pH 7) to the falcon tube Freezing sample in dry ice (we're out of liquid nitrogen at the moment) Add to lyophilizer
