Objective Making broth for protein expression tomorrow. Description 4-1L flaks and 4-25mL flasks each 1L flask got 25g of dry LB media and 1L of water each 25mL flask got 0.625g of dry LB media and 25mL of water. These flasks were then autoclaved.
