Objective

Re-ran the TLC plates with Jordan today.

Description

The plates look promising but are still not being done correctly.

  1. We need to cover the containers when running samples.
  2. We need to use the silica plates instead of the alumina on plastic
  3. It looks as though our main product (Ru-ATP in DMF, Ru-ATP solid collected from filterpaper with water, and Ru-ATP in DMF triturated in diethyl ether) contain 2 spots. 1 corresponding to the Ru starting material and the other that is hopefully Ru-ATP. Rerun the TLC to get better separation.
