Don't touch this until you're sure I am preparing the final assay to test whether the luciferase ligated with the LRE are functional and to characterize our biobrick. I inoculated 4ml of LB with the appropriate antibiotic and the colonies (EPIC + LRE of firefly and L. cruciata luciferase + LRE provided by Cambridge)
