LRE Today, I inoculated 3 strains of LRE with pSB1C3 and 3 with J23100 in 4mL of LB with the respective antibiotic and I left them growing for 6.5hrs at 37°C. After this time, I extracted the plasmid using the High Plasmid Purification Kit of Roche. I also ran the following gel to realize that the PCR purification I did the other day was not as efficient as expected, so I will need to repeat it.
