Absorbance Data

AuNP Dilutions

Abs data AuNP dilutions 0613 REDO.png<br.> The absorbance of the AuNP dilutions made in PBS on 06/13/2013 but taken on 06/14/2013 were retaken after samples were left over the weekend, refrigerated. Absorbance spectra observed as expected.<br.> <br.> Previous absorbance data:<br.> Abs data AuNP dilutions 24hr 0614.png<br.> <br.> Abs data AuNP dilutions immediate 0614 REDO.png<br.> The absorbance of the AuNP dilutions made in PBS on 06/14/2013 and taken immediately after making were retaken after samples were left over the weekend, refrigerated. Absorbance spectra observed as expected, with the exception of the 9.4nM AuNPs, which showed an even more exaggerated peak around 250 than previously observed. Since only one of the two solutions showed this peak, it can most likely be attributed to sample contamination.<br.> <br.> Previous absorbance data:<br.> Abs data AuNP dilutions immediate 0614.png<br.> <br.>
