I am working at the Core Unit Systems Medicine at the Universtiy of Würzburg, Germany.

Education

• 2004 - 2008: PhD in the Group of Peer Bork, Structural and Computational Biology, EMBL, Heidelberg Germany
• 2004: Degree in Biochemistry (+ Computer Science), University of Greifswald, Germany

Research interests

Bioinformatics/Computational biology currently with a focus on RNA-Seq analysis and Transcriptomics.
