12/02/09 ✓ Luciferase/ RFP assay: transfections from 12/01 Luciferase/ RFP assay > Detach cells by pipetting up and down > Aliquot 200 μL (3x per samples "50, 100, 200, 400 ng") to black walled/ clear bottom 96-well plate (for RFP read) > Aliquot 100 μL (3x per samples "50, 100, 200, 400 ng") to white opaque 96-well plate (for luciferase assay) > Results: all samples flat-lined. > Note: previous two trials relatively successful. Hold off on further experiments. Move on to Polycomb-ATF building/ transfections
