11/16/14 Transfection: Re-plate transfected cells Transfection: Re-plate transfected cells KAH126/MV2 cells in well 1 were ~50% - 60% RFP+ (very high!) Could be due to low passage number (these were passage-1 cells) Re-plated cells into two plates (U2OS complete growth medium): 96-well: 0.2 mL per well (~5.2 E3 cells/well) 24-well: 2.0 mL per well (~21.0 E3 cells/well) Tomorrow (Monday), check wells for RFP signal; if confluent re-plate high RFP samples (or wait until Tuesday)
