OBJECTIVES

Notes

  • The pipettes that provided the best fluorescence results for each sample were both the straight plastic and 90° angle bent pipettes.
  • All samples run maintained a composition incorporating Rhodamine 6G dye
  • All samples on 3/01/13 were tested using the straight pipette. (See figure listed below)
